Hailey has worked in close partnership with the MiKTMC team since 2013 and formally joined in 2024. Prior to this, she developed her career in the Pediatric Nephrology Research Program at the University of Michigan, ultimately serving as the Director of Operations and Special Projects and continues to advise and liaise closely with her pediatric colleagues. As the MiKTMC Clinical Trials Program Lead, Hailey supports the strategic direction of global clinical trials development, design, and execution across multiple research networks in rare kidney disease. She serves as a program/project manager of complex projects including NEPTUNE match, PARASOL, and the Kidney Research Network, while also managing the Glomerular Disease Clinical Trials Program at Michigan Medicine. Hailey works closely with the MiKTMC business development team to close the discovery circle from targets to trials with academic and industry partners at Michigan Medicine and globally.

Hailey received her BS in Biopsychology and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and her MS in Biomedical Sciences, and prior to entering the nephrology field, she conducted research in inpatient psychiatric and new-onset autism settings. Her experience with unique personalities serves her well in her career.
