Computational Biologist

Damian migrated to the MiKTMC team from the Sampson lab. Prior to that he worked as a bioinformatics scientist for Steve Kleinstein at Yale University.
He received his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics at the University of Michigan for his work on alternative splicing using high-throughput proteomics.

Damian has worked in a variety of bioinformatics positions including as the chief bioinformatics scientist for the Proteomics Core at the University of Michigan under Dr. Alexey Nesviskii. His current work in the MiKTMC lab focuses on whole genome sequence analysis for our NEPTUNE patient cohort.
